Years ago, I embarked on a journey through the world of fitness, starting with sports and honing my skills in Basketball, Volleyball, Football and Swimming. I was driven to excel, so I pursued a certification in Personal Training with National Strength and Conditioning Association, the leading body of Sports and Fitness in the world.
This career path opened doors to coaching and connecting with incredible athletes, celebrities and Tech CEOs and influential people from UK, USA, and beyond.
With 25 years in the industry, I seized on the opportunity to establish my own venture, Kayvan Seyri Personal Training. My mission is clear: to help you live a longer, stronger and healthier life. We deliver pain-free workouts in a safe, fun and private setting, ensuring you reach your fitness goals and improve your quality of life
My specialty as a coach are strength training, injury rehabilitation, mobility, athletic performance, fat loss. I take a personalised approach, focusing on corrective exercises, functional training, mindset coaching to help clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results. With years of experience coaching clients worldwide through In-Person, FaceTime, Zoom, and WhatsApp, I’ve developed a proven system that adapts to each individual’s needs—whether in-person or online.
Not at all! My approach as a Sports and Exercise Scientist and Human Movement Specialist is completely tailored to your unique goals, fitness level, and any limitations you may have. While some fundamental exercises are effective for most people, your program will be customised to ensure you get the best results safely and efficiently. Whether you need modifications, progressions, or specific focus areas, I design your workouts to fit YOU, not the other way around!
I always begin with a thorough assessment to evaluate your movement, strength, and any past injuries. If I find something that needs further medical evaluation, I’ll recommend that you see a doctor or specialist before moving forward. My goal is to ensure your safety and create a program that works with your body, not against it.
Absolutely! I coach clients all over the world through FaceTime, Zoom, and WhatsApp, adjusting to different time zones to provide the best support. Coaching is more than just being in the same room—it’s about guidance, accountability, and experience. With my years of expertise, I ensure every client gets personalised coaching and achieves great results, no matter where they are!
Yes! I provide guidance on nutrition to complement your training, helping you make better food choices that align with your goals. While I’m not a registered dietitian, I offer practical strategies and recommendations to support your progress.
As for travel, absolutely! I can create a customised training plan that fits your schedule, available equipment, and travel routine. Whether you’re in a hotel gym, at home, or on the go, I’ll make sure you stay on track with an effective and adaptable workout plan.
