Personal Training Solutions work on a session-by-session, face-to-face basis. Based on your preferences, Kayvan will design a program and provide whatever is necessary for the session. Your fitness will be assessed on a regular basis and a confidential progress report compiled for you and Kayvan to discuss.
His aim is to provide a flexible framework from which clients can create solutions to match their needs. Different clients require different levels of Personal Training, so he has defined three services (Standard, Premium and Elite) to reflect:
